Use BOB Web to create/review data, then let the Connector write it correctly into your desktop accounting system — with proper ledger types, voucher classes and GST-ready fields.

Sundry Debtors/Creditors, Cash, Bank, Duties & Taxes, Income/Expense — with GSTIN, address, opening balance.
Vouchers
Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Journal, Contra, Credit/Debit Note — with bill-wise & cost centre.
Inventory
Stock items, groups, godowns, units, opening stock & stock valuation — no duplicate masters.
Accounting
Chart of accounts, cost centres, cost categories, budgets — mapped 1:1 to system masters.
GST & Compliance
GST-ready invoices (HSN/SAC, e-invoice fields), TDS ledgers, TCS — validated before push.

How To Use

Install once.
Sync anytime.

The Connector runs in the system tray. Keep your accounting system open, click sync in BOB Web — the rest is automatic.

Secure by design: Connector only writes to local accounting system on localhost; BOB never touches desktop files directly. API key encrypted on device.

Download & install
Run the .exe on your Windows PC (same PC as your accounting system). Allow Windows SmartScreen if prompted. Takes ~30 sec.

Pair with BOB Web
Open Connector → “Pair” → paste API key from BOB Web → Settings → Connector. Select Company.

Receive & export back
In BOB Web, select ledgers/vouchers → “Push to Desktop”. Or “Pull from Desktop” to bring data into BOB for review.
